Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders. Free shipping does not apply to orders that require freight shipping. See below for charges on freight items.

We deliver via USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and common carriers. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to be e-mailed to you, when information is available. Tracking may not be available on all orders. A signature is required for deliveries going to a business; residential deliveries will be up to the discretion of the delivery driver if a signature is required for delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled in 30 minutes once they are submitted. After 30 minutes, Orders cannot be changed or modified. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our distribution center is immediately notified to pick the order for shipment. If you are no longer in need of the item and would like to return it, please contact our returns department.

Estimated Delivery

Our estimated delivery dates are calculated based on a number of factors including product availability at our distribution centers, time of day, delivery location and whether an item must be shipped freight. If an order is for a high quantity of one or more items, for an item not available at the nearest distribution center, or shipping to a remote location, delivery may take longer than estimated. can not guarantee any stated delivery date. Please note transit times do not include weekends and deliveries only occur on business days.

Bulk orders that are shipped directly from the manufacturer require a longer lead time and are not shipped same day. Please allow several days for tracking information to be emailed to you. If you are ordering raft or technology items please allow additional days for delivery.

For the most accurate shipping delivery dates, refer to your shipping confirmation email after your order is placed. We will email tracking number for each order. If you cannot find our email, please check your spam folder. If you have any questions or inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping Restrictions does not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or internationally. We also cannot accept orders shipping to UPS/FedEx stores, USPS locations, mail holding facilities and freight forwarding companies. If you have special case, please contact us.

Freight & Oversized Shipping

Items that ship freight, including furniture, oversized items, and hazardous items, do not qualify for free shipping. These will ship via common carrier from our distribution center to your dock in 5-10 business days. The shipping charge for these items is $74 for the first item, and $40 for each additional freight item with a maximum total of $400.00. Any item beyond that will ship for free.

A signature is required for all truck deliveries; someone must be available during business hours (Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM) to sign for a truck delivery. Please note any visible damage on the bill of lading/delivery ticket before signing for the shipment.

Truck shipments are tailgate/dock delivery only. The driver will bring the item to the rear of the truck but will not assist you in bringing the item off of the truck or inside. Should you need additional services to get the product off of the truck and inside, additional charges may apply.

Inside delivery is available for business addresses in some metropolitan areas for an additional charge. If you request the driver to deliver inside at time of delivery, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Please note inside delivery does not include installation and takeaway of packaging materials.

Residential delivery may not be available in some areas; we will contact you if delivery cannot be made to your address. Inside delivery is not available to residential address or home offices.

IMPORTANT – DO NOT DISCARD THE SHIPPING MATERIALS/PACKAGING FOR YOUR ORDER. Items not in their original packaging are not returnable for refunds or replacements.

Our Return Policy

Most items are returnable. Our Returns Department must be notified of all returns. Items must be returned within 14 days of original date of delivery. No returns will be accepted without notification (see return without prior authorization below). You may notify the Returns Department by email at Please inform us your order number and your name and reason for return.

If your items are damaged, defective or incomplete, a request for a return or refund must be made within 3 business days of the original date of receipt. In the event of a mistake, we will do our best to ensure returns are handled quickly and fairly.

Return an Item

Packaging & Sending Returns
Once you have your Return Authorization Number and a return address, carefully repackage the item in its original condition, manufacturer sealed, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging. Please package the item appropriately for shipment.

Send the product to the return address using your preferred shipping method. If possible provide us with the return tracking number, and track your return to make sure we receive it.

Once received by our Returns Department, accepts full responsibility for all merchandise. We are not responsible for loss or theft before the merchandise is in our possession. You may wish to insure valuable items, to cover replacement costs in case the package is lost in transit.

If a product is being returned as new, but has clearly been used or damaged prior to its return, we reserve the right to refuse refund completely.

Non Returnable Items

Due to limited shelf life, safety concerns, and potential for fraudulent claims, we do NOT accept returns on the following items: toner cartridges, electronics, business machines, mattresses, clearance, closeout items, hygiene and consumable products (food, beverages, cleaning supplies, pharmaceuticals and paper). These products will only be accepted in the event of a manufacturer’s defect, damage, or an error on our part.

Opened computer software will not be accepted for return. In addition, you may not return calendars or dated appointment books from the current or previous calendar years.

Expiration Dates

Some Non Returnable items will have an expiration date to the product. Please be sure the check the expiration date upon delivery. If the expiration date is 30 days or less, please contact us and we will reship the item at no cost.

Return Reasons

If you ordered the item incorrectly or change your mind about an item, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, re-stockable item, less shipping costs. Items being returned directly to the manufacturer may be subject to a restocking fee, and must be returned in case quantity. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to

If we sent you a defective item, incorrect item, or the item was damaged in shipment please contact us within 2 business days, we will arrange for the merchandise to be returned. If your order is incomplete, or you do not receive your order, please contact us and we will investigate and, if necessary, process a replacement or a refund.

Returns Without Prior Authorization

In order to keep prices low for all customers, a return authorization is required to return merchandise. If an item is refused upon delivery, please be aware that your refund may be subject to the actual outbound shipping and return shipping of your order. If a return is received without prior return authorization, the shipment may be refused and/or returned to you at your cost. Processing Refunds/Replacements

As soon as we receive your returned items, we will inspect and process the items. Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment. Refunds are normally processed within one to two weeks. Allow one week to receive replacement merchandise.
